Конспект урока английского языка в 7 классе по теме “School”.
Цели:
1. Развивать навыки устной речи.
2. Тренировать навыки употребления грамматического материала по теме Modal verb SHOULD
3. Отработать лексику по теме “School”.
4. Формировать коммуникативные навыки.
5. Совершенствовать умения и навыки практического владения английским языком по теме урока.
Задачи
Практические:
1. Активизировать и закрепить лексику по теме “School”.
2. Совершенствовать грамматические навыки по теме Modal verb SHOULD
Развивающие:
1. Развить логическое мышление.
2. Развить умение вести беседу по заданной теме.
Общеобразовательные:
Расширить активный словарь учащихся.
Воспитательные:
1. Воспитать умение слушать друг друга.
2. Вызвать интерес к иностранному языку, к странам изучаемого языка.
Языковой материал:
Лексический: subject, to be the best pupil, to learn, to study, to know, public school, scholarship.
Грамматический: Modal verb SHOULD
Оборудование: Учебник, таблица, проектор, компьютер, экран.
Ход урока:
1. Организационный момент. (Введение учащихся в атмосферу иностранного общения)
Teacher: - Good morning, boys and girls! Sit down, please. I’m glad to see you. How are you today?
- Who is on duty today?
- What is the date today?
- Who is absent today?
- Let’s start our lesson now. Look on the screen and say “What is the topic of our today’s lesson?”
P: Today’s topic is school.
T: What will we do during our lesson? Do you have any ideas?
P: Today we’ll talk about our school life, read, do some exercises, sing a song, speak English.
T: You are quite right. And learn some grammatical rules about Modal verb should.
2. Фонетическая зарядка.
Teacher: Before we start our lesson let’s read some words on our topic. First listen and repeat after me, please (слайд 1). (Слова из упр.2 стр.119)
Teacher: Now, try to make up sentences with some of these words.
Pupils: I study at school number 9.
We do not have a scholarship in our school.
We have many interesting subjects at school.
There are no boarding schools in our town.
Речевая разминка.
Teacher: We have remembered our words. And now answer some of my questions, please:
1) What type of school do you study at?
2) Where is your school?
3) Is your school small or big?
4) Do you like to study at school?
5) When does your school begin?
6) Can you choose your subjects?
7) Do you have to wear a uniform?
8) Does anybody bully pupils in your class?
9) What are your classmates like?
4. Основная часть урока
Teacher: What subjects do you learn? What is your favorite subject at school? Before you answer me let’s do Ex.7 on page 117. You have to write the English words for the subjects. Be careful. Your classmates will check your work. I give you five minutes.
The time is up. Change your exercise-books with your partner, listen to the speaker, repeat the words and tick them if they correct (слайд 2)
Teacher: Who has no mistakes?
Who has two mistakes?
Who has five mistakes? If you have more mistakes, you have to revise the words at home again.
Teacher: The next task for you is to match the school subjects and the things studied in them (Слайд)

Teacher: Look on the board. Who is this? Misha. He is the main character of our English textbook. Now he will speak about his timetable. Be attentive.
Teacher: What subjects does Misha have at school?
Teacher: Where is Misha now? Let’s read his letter to his parents. Ex.3 p.117. Then we will answer the questions on the text. Who wants to start?
Teacher: Look at Ex.5 on p. 119. Work in pairs. One of you will ask questions the other answers. You can change your roles.
Teacher: Let’s check if you understood Misha’s letter. Look at the board and fill in the gaps. Be more active.
