«Я и моё окружение»

Урок в 6 классе с использованием УМК “Enjoy English”

Тема урока: «Мe and my world»

Цель урока: развитие навыков дискуссии, повышение интереса к предмету.

Задачи урока: активизация лексического материала по теме, развитие навыков аудирования, диалогического и монологического высказывания по теме, совершенствование грамматических навыков учащихся.

Ход урока:

I.Организационный момент

Учитель сообщает детям что они будут делать на уроке :услышат рассказы одноклассников о себе, своей семье и друзьях ;могут задать друг другу вопросы и узнать больше о внутреннем мире каждого. Dear children! Today we have an unusual lesson-discussion where you have a chance to ob serve your classmates` opinions about the topic under consideration and ask questions to explain and better understand each other and may be laws of coexistence in our class.

Учитель:In the frame of the topic you can touch upon and discuss such points: Family Friends Interests (обсуждать можно три направления: Семья, Друзья, Интересы)

III.Тренировка навыков монологического высказывания

Учитель предлагает начать обсуждение и создать проект под названием «Я и мой мир» Good of you. And now let`s get started our discussion and as a result of our work let`s make a project ”Me and my world”

Дети говорят о себе друг за другом. А в конце прикрепляют на ватман, висящий на доске свой домашний проект «Я и мой мир».Children speak about themselves one by one. After that (and it was the homework they glue an announcement “I`m cool” in the sheet at the blackboard to make a project “Me and my world”)

IV.Тренировка навыков диалогической речи

Учитель просит детей слушать внимательно и задавать вопросы At the end of one`s monologue they ask questions to know more about their classmates.

Возможные вопросы.Possible questions:

1 What is better to have a small family or a big family with a lot of children and other relation? Why? -It`s better to have a small (big) family…

2 What is your family like? Have you got any brothers or sisters? Are you good friends with them? -My family consists of four (five) we are good friends…

3 Have you got baby brothers or sisters? Do you help your mother to take care of them? What do you do? -Yes ,I have (No,I haven`t). I help my mother…

4 What is an ideal family as you see it? -Close, friendly, hospitable…

5 What are your family`s past time? What do you like to do together? –To have picnics…

6 Do your parents know your friends and do you know theirs? Is it important that you should know each other friends? Why? -Yes, it`s important…No, it isn`t important…

7 Do you have any good friends? What are they like? What do they look like? –Yes, sure…

8 Why is it good to have friends? –“Friend in need is a friend indeed…”

9 Do friends always have much in common? Is it important in friendship?-I don`t think so…

10 Can boys and girls be good friends? Why? Why not? -Yes, they can…

11 Are you a good friend? What do you do to be a good friend?

V.Обсуждение результатов работы на уроке

Подведение итогов. Учитель делает обзор проекта, созданного в процессе урока, указывает на ошибки, допущенные детьми ,объявляет отметки и задает домашнее задание. By the end of the lesson we are having a colorful project and a lot of information about everybody (Teacher pays attention to the children`s mistakes and gives the homework).

VI.Итог урока

Учитель:-Our lesson is over! Thank you for your work. You were active today. Дома составьте сообщение на тему «Интересы моего друга» I`d like you to make an announcement “My friend`s interests”.

P. 1 My name is Nastya, I`m twelve. My hobby is needleworking and listening to music. I `ve got a small family. It consists of my grandma, grandpa and me. My family like travelling and fishing. I`ve got many friends. I think it`s good to have someone you can rely on.

P. 2 My family are probably the most important people in my life. It is not very big but we`re very friendly. We are the family of five. I`ve got a mother, a father, a granny and a sister. We`re very close and like to spend a lot of time together. We have got a family tradition to spend much time on board my father`s ship. He is a captain. I like voyages in Volgograd, Samara, Saint Peter`s burg, on the Black Sea.

P.3 I`m Dasha. I`m twelve. I`m cool. I spend much time with my friends or my family. I like to dance, listen to music, watch TV and many other things. My family is not very big. I`ve got a mother, a father, a grandmother and a sister. Her name is Lada. She is four but she is a gifted girl. She dances well and goes in for “Ball Dancing Club”. I think she will be a good dancer.

В качестве дополнительного материала использовала список прилагательных, обозначающих черты характера человека: Supportive material :a list of adjectives meaning characteristic traits :encourage, brighten, sociable, true, curious, creative, responsible, rude, devoted, kind, friendly, cruel, shy, loyal, close, reliable, helpful, intelligent, etc.
