1) I hope everybody likes ice-cream. Now let’s compose our own ice-cream. You see that every scoop of ice cream has a number. You should come up to the blackboard, take one scoop, name its number and colour. Don’t forget that we use the verb “is” to make up English sentence.

One is blue.

2) Now, please, answer my question: Where are you from?

- I’m from Kazakhstan.

Last lessons we studied the names of some countries. Now you’ll see the flags of the countries.

Your task is to pronounce the name of the country correctly and to name the colours of its flag.

Kazakhstan – blue, yellow

Russia – white, red, blue

England – blue, red, white

Germany – black, red, yellow

India – orange, white, green

3) Now let’s revise the names of some clothes. Your task is to name the item of clothes and its colour. Don’t forget that we use “is” after singular nouns and “are” after plurals.

1. Положительная

прилагательное не изменяется!

Например: tall, short

2. Сравнительная

1) если прилагательное короткое, к нему прибавляем ER

Например: longer, kinder

2) если прилагательное длинное, перед ним ставим MORE

Например: more beautiful, more handsome

3. Превосходная

Перед всеми прилагательными ставим THE!

1) если прилагательное короткое, к нему прибавляем EST

Например: the oldest, the youngest

2) если прилагательное длинное, перед ним ставим MOST

Например: the most beautiful, the most handsome

Исключения!
