Тема: “ Быт и сервис”.

Задачи:

  1. повышать познавательный интерес к английскому языку, прививать интерес к гостиничным сервисам;

2. развивать способности к логическому изложению, к догадке, развивать способность осуществлять продуктивные и репродуктивные речевые действия, развивать коммуникабельность;

3. oвладеть лексическим материалом и расширить кругозор по теме “ Быт и сервис ”;

  1. формировать лексические и грамматические навыки говорения, обучать умению строить высказывания по модели.

Оснащение урока:

    1. иллюстративный материал по теме,

    2. дидактические карточки – задания,

3. аудиозапись текста “Mode of life in Britain and Service in this country”.

Ход урока

I. Организационный момент.

- Good morning, my dear boys and girls.

- I`m glad to see you here. (We are glad to see you, too.)

- How are you today? (We are fine, thanks. And how are you?)

- I`m very well, thank you. And now it`s time to start our lesson. The topic of our discussion today is restaurants.

II. . Фонетическая зарядка.

    • Look at the blackboard. Let’s read these proverbs:

    An apple a day keeps the doctor away.

    Eat with pleasure and drink with measure.



    III. Речевая разминка.

    What food do you prefer?

    Do you like our national cuisione ?

    How often do you visit Macdonalds?

    VI. Чтение текста.

    Now let`s read the text “Mode of life in Britain and Service in this country”.

    Mode of life in Britain and Service in this country”.

    There are many hotels, cafes, restaurants in Britain and visitors of this country can visit Macdonald. There they can buy pizza, hamburgers, coke, hot dogs, bacons.

    It is difficult to find a good English restaurant with a reasonable prices. In most cities in Britain you will find Indian, Chinise, French, Italian restaurants.

    This is the menu of Macdonald:

    Pizza -1.10

    hamburgers -2.50,

    coke -1.00,

    hot dogs -1.00,

    bacons - 0.60


    1. Work in pairs. Use the menu to write in conversation in Macdonald. Here are some phrases you can use:

    Waiter: Can I help you? /Can I take your order?

    Customer: Yes, I’d like…I need another minute, please.

    Waiter: What would you like do drink?

    Customer: I’d like a coke, please.

    Waiter: What size would you like?

    Customer: Small/medium/large.

    Waiter: Anything else?

    Customer: May I have the check, please?

    Waiter: How would you like to pay? Cash or credit card?

    2. You know the proverb: “Money spent on the brain is never spent in vain.”

    Read and memorize. Do you have a good memory?

    This coin is a penny.

    Its value is 1 cent.

    We write 1c.

    This coin is a nickel

    Its value is 5 cent.

    We write 5c.

    This coin is dime.

    Its value is 10 cents.

    We write 10c.

    This coin is a quarter.

    Its value is 25 cents.

    We write 25c.

    This coin is a half dollar.

    Its value is 50 cents.

    We write 50c.

    This coin is a dollar bill.

    Its value is 100 cents.

    Money in Britain: 1p. – one penny

    a pound – a hundred pence

    1 – one pound

    20 – twenty pounds

    1. Замените вы деленные жирным шрифтом слова

    местоимениями.
